kitchen madness!!!!!!

I was so excited to get a new kitchen but after the past few days i just want to be done! It stared out simple and we later found we needed to lay a new sub floor one wall stared to bubble and the painting was not going well. So i had to get paint for touch ups from tearing out the old cabinets sound simple,well it was not. I had to go to three different store with a large sample from my wall to get it matched. I went to lowes where we originally got the paint and they tried to match it 4 times no luck. I got a new sample and stopped at walmart because it was close to home they tried once didn't work. I went to home depot we tried twice and the second one was close enough for me so i bought it and went home to paint. Painting was going fine tell i caught Izzy eating the paint Not such a good idea and you would think after one taste she would be done no she snuck back for seconds. Trinity was being very good but tried to help mommy by giving her the phone when it slipped right in the paint. Yes it was covered i tried to clean it up but the speakers were full of paint good news is i finally got a new phone (no kids allowed).I left the house so the paint could dry when i got home i noticed i used the wrong color for touch ups in the hall we used two different colors of tan in the living room just one shade apart so now i get to do it all over again yipy! I don't think i will paint for a long time when the project is over.
GOOD NEWS IT IS SLOWLY COMING TOGETHER.

Best Friends!

Trinity and Izzy love to hang out with their friends,their best friends are the Pratts. We all love to spend time with them, Jen is a great friend of mine and her four beautiful daughters Madeline, Aliza, Rachel and the newest Baby Amaya are the girls best friends they would play everyday if they could. We are so glad we have such good friends!

So the last few post i have made short and sweet but the kids are asleep so i can actually type. We are very excited for all that is happening this month. My sister just came down with her family for a quick one day trip so we could all go to the water park.It was so much fun Trinity absolutely loved it. she was very daring going down the water slide all by herself. When we got in the wave pool she had no fear she was running out and jumping in the waves with all the big kids.Isabella was the exact opposite, she hates the heat and we happen to go on the hottest day of the year. I tried to get her to sit in the little pool but it just made her mad she was out of there. finally she stared to warm up to the water but had a death grip on mommy i wasn't going anywhere with out her. Daddy had to work so he was going to come later but by the time he got off Izzy had given up he just picked her up instead so trinity could stay and play with her cousins.(I don't think we could have got trinity out any way!)I was so nice to spend time with my sister and her family!



We decided we wanted to tear up the tile in the kitchen and lay new tile, it has now turned in to a full kitchen remodel. We are in the middle of tearing everything out, we are adding a pantry closing off a wall and getting new cabinets and flooring. It has been a lot of work and we are no where near done but it will be a brand new kitchen when we are done! As you can see, Izy is being a big help, and when she gets worn out she climbs into the cabinets to sleep...





We are getting very excited for Grandma Laura and Alexis to come down they are coming the first weekend in Aug. Me and the girls are planing on driving back with them to Idaho Falls so we can spend a little time with family.

Now for the most exciting event of the month, on August 11Th Nick and I along with the girls will be sealed as a family at the Idaho Falls Temple! We are so very excited and cant wait. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family and cant wait to be sealed together. We hope everyone who is able cant share this important day with us!

This year we decided to plant a garden i was unsure of how it would turn out but it is off to a good start we have had a few ripe berry's and trinity has picked a few carrots. I planted peppers and tomatoes from seeds and dident think they would make when trinity decided to drowned them in water but they are thriving i counted at least 25 small green tomato's.
